Here is some exciting news! The southeast quadrant of the I-35/I-80 intersection, currently under construction, will soon feature one the largest leasable warehouse space available between Minneapolis and Chicago. When completed, the two buildings will provide over one million sq. ft. of zone H-1, heavy industrial use space.
Beyond the size, the project is notable because of it’s location, offering tenants direct access to both Interstate 35 and Interstate 80. Constructed and owned by Graham Warehouse, Phase 1, which includes the first building (312,000 sq. ft.), will be completed in October or November of 2018 and Phase 2, which includes the larger, second building (675,000 sq. ft.), will be completed in April 2019.
Both buildings offer a 24’ minimum clear height with 50’ x 50’ column spacing. Each 50’-wide bay features its own dock door, heavy-duty dock leveler, dock seal and man door. Lets talk more about this exciting project and all of your commercial real estate wants and needs.
